Preparation & Client Responsibilities
Clear & Empty Spaces
Please ensure that all cupboards are emptied, shelves are cleared, and work surfaces are free of any items before our arrival. This enables us to carry out the work without unnecessary delays or obstructions.
Handles & Ancillary Items
We may remove handles and other ancillary items to achieve a quality finish. However, to allow the paint to harden and minimize damage risk, we do not refit these items. Refitting is the Client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Masking Tape & Protective Materials
We take all reasonable steps to protect surrounding areas by using tape and protective sheeting. However, low tack tape can still occasionally pull paint or damage wallpaper. You acknowledge and accept this risk when using our Services.
Condition of Surfaces
Fair Condition on Arrival
We expect all surfaces to be in a fair condition free from significant dust, debris, grease, glue, or existing paint residues. If any surfaces are discovered to be heavily contaminated or require additional preparation, we reserve the right to charge an additional premium of 10% of the total original quote to cover extra time and materials.
Inspection & Changes
If the scope of work changes due to unforeseen conditions, we will discuss any additional costs or revised timelines with you before proceeding.
Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments
Service dates and times will be arranged with the Client in advance. We strive to meet these dates but may reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control (for example, weather, equipment failure, illness).
Cancellation by Client
If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, you agree to pay a cancellation fee of 20% of the total quoted price to cover our costs and administration.
All deposits are non refundable regardless of the notice period.
Rescheduling by Client
Rescheduling does not carry a charge, provided you give at least 7 days notice.
However, if we have already purchased paint and other materials specific to your job, a 10% deposit (in addition to any existing deposit) will be required at the time of rescheduling.
Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if unforeseen events occur. If we cannot offer a suitable alternative date, we will refund any payment you have made other than the non refundable deposit. This refund is the maximum extent of our liability for such cancellation.
Deposits & Payment Terms
Deposit
A non refundable deposit must be paid to secure your booking, regardless of promotional offers or discounts. The deposit amount will be clearly stated in your quotation or booking confirmation.
Once paid, the deposit is strictly non refundable.
Final Payment
An invoice will be issued upon completion of the work. Full payment is required prior to our sprayers leaving your property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.
Late or Non Payment
Failure to pay the balance when due may result in late fees and interest as permitted by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any further work or warranties until payment is received in full.
Completion, Inspection & Return Visits
Same Day Inspection
Once the work is completed, you must inspect all sprayed surfaces on the same day and notify us of any visible issues or defects immediately. This ensures any problems are addressed onsite if possible, minimizing the need for a return visit.
Return Visits & Remedies
If an issue is found to be our fault (for example, poor workmanship, paint defects) and you have notified us on the day of completion, we will correct it at no additional cost.
We will not make unlimited return visits. If issues are reported after the day of completion or are unrelated to warranty conditions, a callout fee or additional charges may apply.
Liability & Damages
Our Liability
We take all reasonable care and will repair or rectify any direct damage caused by our negligence.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (for example, loss of profit, revenue, or business).
Pre Existing Conditions & Third Party Damages
We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre existing defects in your property or damage caused by third parties.
Any issues related to structural integrity, hidden faults, or underlying materials are outside the scope of our responsibility.
Tape & Protective Materials
We use low tack tapes and professional masking techniques. Nonetheless, some finishes, especially on older or poorly bonded surfaces, may peel when tape is removed. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge this risk.
Warranty & Guarantee
10-Year Guarantee
We offer a 10-year guarantee on our paint and workmanship covering peeling, fading, cracking, or any defects directly attributable to the paint quality or our workmanship.
This guarantee does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or neglect.
Claims Procedure
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to inspect the surfaces and determine whether the issue falls under warranty. Where applicable, we will rectify the issue at no cost to you.
Data Protection & Privacy
Compliance
We comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
Use of Personal Information
We will only use personal data for processing bookings, providing Services, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except when required by law.
Severability
If any provision (or part provision) of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or upon written notification to you. Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
